Orange, Banana and Avocado wake up breakfast

Ingredients

1/2 avocado, peeled – (freeze the other half for tomorrow’s FIT&STRONG Smoothie)

1/2 banana, better frozen.

1 large orange, peeled and cut

Bunch of kale leaves cut and washed

Water to desired texture (2 cups recommended)

A few ice cubes

Instructions

 

Blend on high speed until smooth. Enjoy your smoothie.
